SHIPPING NOTICE

Zpacks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to US addresses after the tracking shows that they are delivered.

Please choose our optional package protection at checkout or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered.

APO ADDRESSES

Economy shipping to APO addresses may take up to 30-45 days. USPS Priority mail may take 10-15 days.

GENERAL DELIVERY

General delivery service to USPS branches must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Failure to use the correct provider may result in the package being returned-to-sender.

FREIGHT FORWARDERS & PRIVATE MAILBOX SERVICE NOTICE

Zpacks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages that the tracking shows have been delivered to a freight forwarder or private mailbox service.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES NOTICE

Any applicable customs, duties, or VAT for international orders will be displayed in the tax line and collected at checkout.

Optional package protection is available at checkout to provide an added level of security for international shipments.

Warranty

All Zpacks gear includes a 2 year limited warranty against product failure caused by manufacturing, material, and design defects. Products will be repaired when possible or replaced based on the specific needs of each case.

Scuffs, punctures, or tears caused by wear, misuse, accidents, or extreme weather are not covered, however, they can usually be easily fixed with seam tape by the user. Our products are constructed from ultralight materials, and some wear and tear is to be expected.

Repairs

If you experience any trouble with your gear, please let us know and our staff will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

When sending in gear for repair, please make sure it is free from pet hair, grass, and debris, dirt, etc or they may be rejected and returned back to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused, unmodified products are eligible for exchange of equal or lesser value or a full refund (less shipping) for 30 days after receipt. Customers are encouraged to test the fit of their backpack, sleeping bag, and clothing items indoors to ensure they are satisfactory. All tents should be carefully set up in a dry grassy area to be evaluated. Any products with sweat, dirt, mud stains, or odors will be ineligible for return. Please make sure your returned products are free from pet hair, grass, debris, dirt, etc. or they may be rejected or charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns and exchanges outside of the 30-day period, will not be accepted. Any products outside of the 30-day period that experience issues due to a “Manufacturer Defect” will be eligible, at Zpacks' discretion, to have the item repaired or replaced.

Zpacks is not responsible for the return shipping costs, damaged, or lost items in return transit.

Sending in your package

If you need to send us a package for any reason, please contact us and let us know what the issue is. We may have an easy solution that doesn't involve sending in your gear. Otherwise we will reply with an RMA form that includes our address and instructions. All packages must include an RMA form to be processed. We are located in West Melbourne, FL 32904.
