Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected carrier.

Standard delivery times vary by location:

Ground Shipping (Free up-to 10lbs) Ships in 3 to 5 business days, delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

2-Day Shipping Ships same day (if order placed before 1:00PM EST) or next day, delivered in 2 business days.

Overnight (AM) Ships same day (if order placed before 1:00PM EST) or next day, delivered next business day’s morning.

Overnight (PM) Ships same day (if order placed before 1:00PM EST) or next day, delivered next business day.

Saturday Delivery Ships same day for only orders placed on Friday before 1:00PM EST, delivered on Saturday.

International Shipping Ships in 3 to 5 business days, transit time is 7 to 10 business days.

Precise delivery times to locations such as Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), Canada, and other international destinations cannot be assured due to varying factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking link provided to monitor your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. CPU Republic is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted regions. Please contact us if you have concerns about delivery to your area.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and item(s).

In the event of a lost shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@cpurepublic.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@cpurepublic.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return of Non-faulty Items At our sole discretion, if CPU Republic accepts the non-faulty or change of mind item, the customer is liable to send the item back within 14 days of delivery.

Every non-faulty and an unwanted item is applicable for a 25% restocking fee, depending on the product condition and cancellation reason. If the error is because of CPU Republic, then the components must be returned in the reusable condition, and the customer will not be charged any restocking fee. The fault may have occurred during delivery or packaging, and for that, CPU Republic takes responsibility.

Cancellation Policy CPU Republic allows its customers to cancel their orders via email before the order is dispatched. The customer can cancel their order for any reason without any additional cancellation charges by email or call. However, if the order has already been dispatched, then customers have to pay a 10% restocking fee.

CPU Republic does not allow cancellation of the orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturers (s).

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@cpurepublic.com.
