Processing time:

Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 Days after the order is placed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Overview 1. You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies or gift cards. 1. Swimwear, which is a kind of intimates, cannot be returned or exchanged considering of hygienic problems, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.2. Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

There is only one chance to return and exchange, please confirm before returning Refunds 1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 2. However, be sure to update tracking number & logistics carrier in Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return. 3. For the health and safety of our team, we only have a small and very limited team on-site. We will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staffing. 1. If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. Our after-sales warehouse is in the United States and Hongkong, where we will receive and process the returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses for the return in other countries. Currently, cutelira haven't authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchases in any other third party are out of our warranty.
