We use these major carriers to ship items: UPS, FedEx and USPS. In select areas we may also use Best Buy employees or these other carriers to ship items: OnTrac, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), Deliv, Shipt, and Roadie.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through BestBuy.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Best Buy is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery. Any dispute where package was wrongfully removed from your delivery address must be accompanied by a police report.

Shipping Timing

You can expect delivery of your item within 7-10 days from order completion.

PO boxes: Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

Shipping Address Change

Please confirm shipping address prior to order submission, once the order is submitted and in process shipping address changes cannot be made.

Shipping To a Military Address - APO/FPO

We are temporarily unable to ship items to Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?

If you want to ship multiple orders of the same item to separate shipping addresses, you'll need to place separate orders.

Free standard shipping on orders

Unless otherwise noted your shipping standard ground fees are included in the product cost, carrier will be determined by shipping location, shipping destination, shipment size and weight.

All refurbished, used, and/or custom products are final sale and cannot be returned. FinanceMyCart follows return policy our product supply partners, please review the return process of the location from which you received your goods. Financed orders cannot be returned for store credit or cash. Please also contact your financing bank for further return instructions regarding your loan/lease agreement on the product in question.

FMC orders can request returns based on the requirements of the supplying partner. However, shipping, delivery discrepancies, and products that arrive damaged must be reported to FMC within 3 business days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.

Once a return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please follow supplying partner procedure and return the product to your closest accepting location promptly. All merchandise returned must be in original packaging in same condition with all original items (e.g., manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) that came in the box. Returns with missing items may result in a partial refund.

Restocking fees will be assessed on certain products. All activatable devices (excluding prepaid phones) will be assessed $45. Drones, digital cameras, camera lenses, camcorders (including action cameras), electric bikes, electric mopeds, premium scooters, super scooters, mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, leg and body recovery systems, projectors, projector screens, and special-order products will be assessed 15% of the item purchase price.

Damaged must be reported to FMC within 3 business days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund/exchange.

Your item is insured up to the standard liability of the shipping agent.

In the case that the item was delivered and signed for by an authorized signatory of the receiving address, it is to be considered successfully delivered. Any such issue can be taken up with the assigned package delivery company.
