Ground shipping is free on all footwear orders in the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like to receive your order sooner, you can pay a surcharge for Express Shipping with FedEx.

Express shipping charges are as follows:

East of the Mississippi are $23 for 3-day, $25 for 2-day.

West of Mississippi: $32 for 3-day, $37 for 2-day.

Shipping rates for orders containing multiple pairs of footwear will vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email with your tracking link.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories or outside of the United States.

All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders may take between 1-3 days of processing before they are ready for shipment. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and promotional events. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem — exchanges are free.Simply start your return and select your new item during the process.

Packaging

Please return your product in the original shoe box and remove or cover any old shipping labels if using the original shipping carton.You’re welcome to use your own packaging — just make sure items are protected in transit.

Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong item, we’ll fix it.Start your return and select “received wrong item”, upload a photo, and we’ll ship your replacement once the return is received by Dansko.

Timeline

Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing of your return or exchange once your package has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
