Damaged, Missing, Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incomplete, please contact USA Mega Market Customer Support within 3 days of delivery to file a claim.

All packaging materials The shipping box and label The damaged items, if applicable Photos of the package and items received

These are required to review and process your claim successfully. Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or adjustment.
