•All shipments include a tracking number. We use Canada Post for most single-box shipments, and FedEx/Canpar for larger orders.

•Allow 3–7 business days for delivery within Canada from the ship date.

•Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

•To hold items without shipping, add the Hold Order product to your cart and we'll keep your order on file until you're ready.

•Hold orders cannot exceed 3 months. After that, we'll contact you to ship or cancel. If no reply is received, we'll cancel and issue a refund or store credit.

•When a shipment is released, all available items in the order must ship together.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

•Shipping cost is calculated during checkout for shipments to the Continental USA.

•All applicable VAT, taxes, tariffs, and duty fees are included in the order total. The price at checkout is your full landed cost — no surprise charges on delivery.

•Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

•Allow 4–7 business days for delivery from the ship date.

•We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

•Additional charges may apply for unusually large or heavy orders.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to: Canada, United States, Hong Kong, Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore, Belgium, China, Israel, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.

•Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout.

•Free shipping is not available for international orders.

•Any applicable VAT, taxes, tariffs, and duty fees are calculated and collected at checkout, where they will be clearly shown in your order total before you pay. Because these charges are prepaid at checkout, your order arrives as a fully landed cost with no surprise duty, tax, or customs charges on delivery.

•Certain products, including pre-orders, are not available for international shipping.

•International orders cannot be placed on hold or merged with other orders.

•We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

•If a shipment is damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide compensation for the affected items.

📦 Pre-Orders

•Pre-order items are charged in full at the time the order is placed.

•Prices are subject to change based on final landed costs:

•If the price decreases, the difference will be refunded as store credit.

•If the price increases, you will be given the option to pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.

•Orders containing pre-order items are held until all items are available, then shipped automatically.

•Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

•If a pre-ordered item is cancelled by the publisher, a full refund will be issued.

•You may cancel a pre-order at any time for a full refund. If the transaction is no longer eligible for a direct refund, store credit will be issued instead.

✂️ Split / Partial Shipments

•If you'd like to ship in-stock items separately from pre-order items, each shipment must either meet the free shipping threshold or include a paid shipping charge.

•All ready items must ship together — no available items can be left behind once a shipment is initiated.

🧾 Taxes

Canadian taxes are calculated based on your shipping address:

•Ontario: 13% HST

•British Columbia: 12% GST + PST

•New Brunswick: 15% HST

•Newfoundland: 13% HST

•Nova Scotia: 15% HST

•Prince Edward Island: 14% HST

•Quebec: 14.975% GST + QST

•Alberta, Manitoba, NWT, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Yukon: 5% GST

US customers are not charged Canadian taxes. For both US and international orders, any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout and included in your total, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

📋 Damaged Items & Missing Components

•If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund.

•If components inside the box are damaged or missing (factory defect), please contact the publisher directly — they are responsible for replacement parts.

•If the publisher does not resolve the issue, contact us and we will step in to make it right, including a full refund if necessary.

❌ Order Cancellations

Board Game Bliss reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders in rare circumstances such as pricing errors or inventory discrepancies. You will always be notified if this occurs.

All products listed as "In Stock" are physically on our shelf — new, available, and ready to ship.

•All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

•Some banks and credit card issuers may charge international transaction fees even when billed in local currency. Please check with your card issuer.

Items can be returned with proof of purchase under the windows below. Returned items must be in the same condition as sold — new and sealed (used games excepted).

Return windows

Online orders: 30 days from delivery — full refund (game value) if returned within 14 days of delivery; store credit for returns made on days 14–30. You ship the item back to the store and cover return shipping; only the game is refunded, not the original shipping cost.

In-store purchases: full refund within 14 days of purchase with receipt; store credit from 14–30 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition.

Used games: returnable within 7 days of purchase if in the same condition as sold, or if the listing was incorrect (e.g., undisclosed missing pieces).

Condition

Items must be new and sealed (used games excepted). Please pack mailed returns carefully — if a return arrives in poor condition, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion. Unsealed items (e.g., books, card sleeves) are final sale.

If we made a mistake

We’ll replace or refund any BoardGameBliss error at no charge, and email you a printable return label with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

Change of mind

Accepted within 14 days of receiving the item; return shipping is not covered.

Damaged, defective, or missing items

•Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away. If an item is damaged in transit, email us and we’ll make it right — typically with compensation, or a return and refund.

Missing or defective components are a manufacturing matter: contact us and we’ll connect you with the publisher for replacements; if they can’t help, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. (We can’t accept a return of an opened product for missing pieces.)

•In-store sales: please check condition before purchasing — in-store sales can’t be refunded for damage found afterward.

Final sale (not returnable)

•All TCG products (Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, One Piece, etc.) and all TCG singles — these can’t be cancelled or refunded.

•Sale items and gift cards.

Held items

Held items not picked up can be refunded at any time. If the original transaction is too old to refund, store credit is issued.

How to start a return

Email info@boardgamebliss.com with your order number. We’ll confirm once your return is received and inspected; approved refunds go to your original payment method (your bank or card may take a few days to post it).
