To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return for a refund

Fill out and detach the bottom portion of your packing slip with all relevant information completed.

Mail the product (with the form from your packing slip) back to us. Customers with issues that do not fall under our 100% satisfaction guarantee are responsible for shipping the product back.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
