Please note that multi-item orders may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries for a single purchase. Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: The shipment method you choose (we offer Flat Rate, Standard shipping and Expedited Shipping options); The destination country that the package ships to; The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors or additional fees. This includes but is not limited to Lost or Stolen Packages. The carrier will need to settle any outstanding shipping errors and reimbursements. We recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff or carrier.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@kimante.com or log into your Kimante account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at i nfo@kimante.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or high-end products (please read product description to see if the sale is final for the name brand high-end product) that includes but is not limited to (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for any Jewelry (watches, necklaces, bracelets, etc.), Underwear, or Bathing/Swimming attire. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund will be processed within 5 business days of return approval. Customer agrees to pay 20% restocking fee on all returns.
