Shipping Rates

BMS Racing will publish or display the current shipping rates on the website as applicable.

Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website, and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of BMS Racing.

Shipping costs for large or oversized items may vary from the rate shown at checkout, based on actual dimensional weight, freight class, and carrier requirements for that item.

Shipping costs for orders being delivered outside the United States will also vary based on destination, and can increase significantly if shipping rates to the desired delivery location increase between the time an order is placed and the time it is fulfilled.

BMS Racing reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

•Shipping rates charged to any destination

•Delivery method

•Carrier or shipping provider

Order Processing

Orders are submitted to our manufacturers and suppliers for shipment once each business day, at 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this cutoff will be included in the following business day's submission.

Product Availability

Products marked as "Available" are available to order through BMS Racing and may ship directly from our warehouse, manufacturers, or authorized suppliers.

If an item is on backorder after your order is placed, BMS Racing will notify you promptly with any available estimated lead time and discuss the available options before proceeding with the order.

Shipping Within the USA

Online orders for delivery within the USA are normally dispatched the same day or next business day; please allow 1–7 days for delivery. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

International Shipments (If Active)

BMS Racing ships to most destinations around the world. Please allow 7–14 days for delivery. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

BMS Racing does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

International customers will need to check with their local customs office regarding what, if any, duty they may be liable for when the order arrives.

Please note shipping rates do not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.

By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all customs charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country. BMS Racing wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods, you are legally responsible for any taxes, duties, and charges assessed by your government.

BMS Racing does not have any control over customs charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country's regulations and compliance requirements. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order. Under no circumstances will BMS Racing accept orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.

BMS Racing reserves the right to change its policy on shipping to international destinations at any time, at its sole discretion. If this policy changes while unfulfilled international orders are still pending, those existing orders will be fulfilled in full before the change takes effect.

Dispatch of Orders

Orders are normally dispatched the same day or next business day, subject to all ordered items being in stock.

If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order, we will contact you via email.

Please note some items cannot be returned, as described below.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund (less restocking fee) or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at tristana@browardmotorsports.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Cancellations on Special-Order Items

Some products are not held in our own stock and must be ordered in from the supplying manufacturer once your order is submitted. If you request a cancellation of an item that had to be ordered from a supplier:

•If our order to the supplier has not yet been submitted and/or shipped, your order may be cancelled with no restocking fee.

•If our order to the supplier has already been submitted and/or shipped by the time cancellation is requested, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

This is separate from the standard 20% restocking fee described below, which applies to returns of items already received by the customer.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged — there are no exceptions:

•Electrical Parts

•Batteries

•Stickers

•OBS (Obsolete) Collection

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns of received items. See "Cancellations on Special-Order Items" above for the separate fee structure that applies when cancelling an order still in transit from a supplier.
