We at Shop Merci Milo want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened, unused, and unwashed items within 7 days of receipt of items for store credit only. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached. Items can be returned by mail for a store credit only. If you prefer to exchange in stores only, you may do so.

Please note that all sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To make a return, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns should be sent pre-paid. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen. We will review your return and qualify it as approved if all the above as been fulfilled.
