Every Pink Clover arrangement is crafted the day of delivery at one of our own local studios and delivered by hand. Please review our delivery guidelines below.

Where We Deliver

Greater Los Angeles — LA County, Orange County and the Inland Empire, served by our Downtown LA studio (315 E 8th St, Ste 102, Los Angeles, CA 90014). Dedicated Orange County (Irvine) and Inland Empire (Ontario) studios are opening soon.

Ventura County — served by our Newbury Park studio (3303 W Kimber Dr, Unit D, Newbury Park, CA 91320).

San Francisco Bay Area — served by our San Francisco studio (977 Ellis St, San Francisco, CA 94109).

Honolulu / Oahu — served by our Aiea studio (98-027 Hekaha St, Ste 10, Aiea, HI 96701).

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Addresses outside our standard zones may be accommodated on request — contact us before ordering.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed by 4:30 PM local time are eligible for same-day delivery, 7 days a week, subject to product availability and courier capacity. Orders placed after 4:30 PM are scheduled for the next day.

Delivery Windows

Standard delivery arrives between 12 PM and 7 PM on the selected date. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time with standard delivery. If you need a guaranteed window, add the Exact Delivery Time option at checkout (9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–5 PM, or 5–7 PM).

Photo Before Delivery

We photograph every arrangement before it leaves the studio and text the photo to the purchaser, so you always see exactly what is being delivered.

Delivery Procedure

Homes & apartments: the courier knocks and calls the recipient. If no one answers, the order is left at the door in a safe, shaded place and a delivery confirmation is recorded.

Hotels & hospitals: delivered to the front desk / reception with a call to the recipient. Some hospitals (e.g. ICUs) restrict flower deliveries — please check with the facility first. Some resorts do not accept deliveries at the front desk and require the recipient to meet the courier at the entrance.

Offices: delivered directly to the recipient or left with reception, with a call ahead.

Military bases (Oahu): Schofield Barracks and Fort Shafter receive on-post delivery; Tripler Army Medical Center receives front-desk delivery. Other restricted installations (Camp H.M. Smith, MCBH, Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Wheeler AAF) are delivered to the gate, where our courier coordinates the handoff with the recipient by phone.

Recipient Information

Please provide an accurate delivery address and a working phone number for the recipient. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or restricted building access, we will contact the purchaser; a re-delivery fee may apply. Address changes after the courier has been dispatched may incur an additional fee.

Store Pickup

Free pickup is available at any of our studios — select "Pickup" at checkout and we will text you when your order is ready.

Fresh flowers are perishable, hand-crafted goods, so our policy works a little differently from regular retail — but our goal is simple: you should love what we deliver.

Photo Approval Before Delivery

We text the purchaser a photo of the finished arrangement before it goes out for delivery. If anything looks off, reply right away and our florists will adjust it before the courier is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Flower appearance changes quickly and we cannot verify storage conditions after handoff.

Quality Issues

If your flowers arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement. After review we will offer a remake, a replacement delivery, or store credit — and, where the order was materially incorrect (wrong arrangement type or size), a refund. Claims made after 24 hours or without photos are handled at our discretion.

Substitutions Are Not Defects

Flowers are a seasonal, living product. When a specific bloom is unavailable, our florists substitute flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the style and color palette of the arrangement shown. Minor variations — including individual flower types, packaging, ribbon, or vessel details — are a normal part of hand-crafted floristry and are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

24+ hours before the delivery date: full refund.

Same-day orders / day of delivery: once our florists have begun crafting your arrangement or a courier has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, an unreachable recipient, or refused acceptance, the order is not eligible for a refund; a re-delivery fee may apply. If a delivery fails through our fault, we will re-deliver at no charge or refund the order in full.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
