DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Protein Supplies Australia deliver to Australia & World wide (with exception to a few 'high risk' countries where it is considered unsafe to send parcels determined by our partners in payment gateway PayPal.

We ship with Australia Post, Star Track, DHL and other freight service providers from time to time. We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Unfortunately, we no longer deliver to the UK due to changes with import laws.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please check your spam filter if you have not received it within half an hour of placing order. If you have not received it after this, please email us immediately.

Please note, all orders are current "ATL - Authority To Leave" unless specified by you. This means the courier will place your order in a "safe" location on your premises. If the area is not "safe", it will be taken back to the depot for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up at your expense if required.

Please allow between 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Processing times fall on weekdays only, as our dispatch area is closed on weekends

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders will come with automatic tracking with a direct link. If you have opt in for your mobile phone, you'll also receive an SMS (Australian customers only). If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at contact@proteinsuppliesaustralia.com.au

International orders are sent via DHL (preferred courier however this is subject to change depending on circumstances). This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally or the duties and taxes orders may be subject to.

Once your order has been processed & dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected:

Standard/Free Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

International Shipping: Up To 14 Business Days

Expect Delivery Delays during periods of Sale and Promotions.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

•Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $120

•Orders under $120 are charged depending on location.

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

•Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen

•Free postage over $200.00 for New Zealand customers

•Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional import duty is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Protein Supplies Australia are not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Only items purchased on the Protein Supplies Australia website can be returned to us directly for a refund or exchange. Items purchased with our retail partners must be returned to their original point of purchase for refund, credit or return. In special circumstances where a retail partner is being cooperative, we will intervene for a remedy if applicable.

Please double check your order before placing it. Returned items must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping back to us and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care. For damaged items please contact Protein Supplies Australia immediately to discuss replacement of goods, we must have evidence such as images of the damage, please record this before throwing out product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (unopened), in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds based on dislike of taste - we recommend customers try our single serve sizes before purchasing larger size bags to avoid disappointment.To start a return, you can contact us at contact@proteinsuppliesaustralia.com.au . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it up for you asap.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns if the product is opened and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
