We do our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed Saturday through Monday will more than likely be packed up on Tuesday and leave the shop on Wednesday morning.

Local pick-up and delivery is available and usually can be arranged within 24 hours of your ordered being placed. depending on the day of the week.

We will refund any overpayments of shipping that equal to more than $2.00 once we have shipped your precious goods.

We do reuse packaging. We will do everything in our power to make your package beautiful but it more than likely will include reused materials. We encourage you to also reuse any packaging we send your way.

The goal of Pink Moon Goods is to ship with as little waste as possible with recycled materials that are recyclable and/or compostable. This is a journey that we ask for your patience with. As we grow please know that it is our most ardent desire to operate this way and we will do what we can to honor this commitment.

Currently all orders are shipped with labels that are made from recyclable paper and can also be recycled or composted, even the liner page of the sticker sheet! Boxes are sealed with paper recyclable/compostable tape. However, because we reuse packaging you may receive a package that has plastic tape on it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING/DELIVERY ISSUES THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Sadly, we just can't operate the way that big box stores and online giant distributors do by offering refunds or reshipping products should something happen once the shipping courier confirms delivery. At that point the package becomes the buyer's responsibility. If you are concerned about delivery issues at your address please request signature confirmation for delivery. If a package is lost by USPS please contact them to file a claim. Both Ground Advantage and Priority include $100 insurance.

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A REFUND FROM YOUR BANK AS THIS RESULTS IN AN EXTRA PROCESSING FEE FROM THE BANK AND HURTS OUR BUSINESS. We understand that you want your goodies but please do not punish us because of mistakes made by the courier.

We really want you to love love everything that you receive from our shop. If you aren't in love with it for some reason please send us a note right away to let us know. If you wish to return unused or unopened products, please email us within 7 days of delivery, and ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refund will be honored once product has been returned.

Perishable goods, such as chocolate or simple syrups, cannot be returned.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
