Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order. During our busy fall season, orders placed before a weekend may require 3-4 business days.

We kindly ask that all pickup orders be collected within 10 days of purchase.

Canadian Shipping

Ontario & Quebec: $12 flat rate, free on orders over $149

All other Canadian regions: $15 flat rate, free over $149.

•Express shipping options are available at checkout and are priced based on the selected carrier and destination.

Please note: Furniture and other oversized items cannot be shipped.

U.S. Shipping

Shipping costs to the United States are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Furniture and other oversized items cannot be shipped to the United States.

By placing an order for delivery outside Canada, you acknowledge that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges that are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority and/or shipping carrier.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If applicable, they must be paid before delivery as required by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

One World Bazaar does not control, calculate, or determine customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges and cannot estimate or guarantee the amount that may be assessed.

Returns & Refunds for International Orders

Orders will not be cancelled or refunded solely because customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges are assessed after shipment.

If you choose not to pay applicable customs or import charges, please contact us before refusing delivery . International returns are not always possible or economical, and a refund cannot be guaranteed.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import charges, any refund will only be reviewed after the shipment has been successfully returned to One World Bazaar. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and any other costs incurred as a result of the returned shipment may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

If a shipment is abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise cannot be returned to One World Bazaar, no refund will be issued.

All purchases made in person during our annual fall event are final sale, as items can be inspected before purchase.

Online Purchases

We understand that shopping online is different, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible online purchases. Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist with the process.

In-Store Pickup Details

Pickup Hours

Pickups are available Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, or anytime using our secure after-hours pickup box when available.

How It Works

•Furniture, paintings, and other oversized items are available for in-store pickup only

30-Day Return Window : You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return for online purchases made on our website.

Initiating a Return : Submit return requests via your original order by signing into your customer account in the top right of the website. We accept returns of unused, unworn, or unaltered items only. You are responsible for the return of goods should you change your mind.

Processing Time : After submitting a request, please allow a few days for us to assess and approve the return. Notice of the approval will come in the form of an email or you can check the status on your customer account.

Customer Responsibility : If returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If there is an issue with the item we will issue a return label from our shipping provider.

In-Store Returns : Online returns are free if made in-store.

Return Address : Send returns to 6110 Mitch Owens Road, Manotick, ON, K4M 0V2, for shipping or in-store returns once it is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items : If an item is damaged or defective, you will may be asked to provide photos or more details via email. Once defective or damaged return is accepted a return label will be provided.

Refunds : We refund the amount paid for the item plus tax excluding original shipping cost. Full refunds excluding shipping costs are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will send you a return label to attach to the item in that case.

Breakables Policy : If returning any breakable items and it breaks in transit, you'll receive a 50% refund for the damaged item.

Holiday Season Extended Returns : Items purchased online from November 15th to December 30th can be returned by the end of February due to the holiday season.
