Refund policy Service And Repairs Handling Damage (At Time Of Delivery) Any damage to your home or product must be reported to your local store within 5 days. We reserve the right to inspect the damage. Service may be denied if damage was discovered to have occurred after delivery. Slumberland will either repair/replace the item or component, at our discretion. Manufacturer Defects (Product Warranty Claims) Product warranties vary by manufacturer. Slumberland will help facilitate service based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. Slumberland reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and will decide to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion – no refunds.
