Start a Return RETURN INFORMATION Processing Time Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within  7-10 business days  depending on your bank’s processing times. Store credit is issued as a  Comfrt Gift Card  via email - it never expires and can be used on any future order. Return Window Returns must be submitted within  30 days of delivery . Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted. Return Conditions Items must be in  new condition  — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent. Tags (and hygienic liners, if applicable) must be attached. Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.
