All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

All items purchased on the same order as a pre-order will ship together, at the time of release of the pre-ordered items.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 7736 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, Maryland.After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. If you'd like curbside pickup instead of in-store, please let us know in the order notes.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 9pm Monday through Saturday and 11am - 6pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gamesandstuffonline.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In-Store Returns (See below for online store returns)

If you have an item that is missing pieces or is otherwise defective, we suggest you contact the publisher of the game to provide the parts to fix the issue. The vast majority of the publishers we deal with have excellent customer service, and this is the most efficient method of getting the problem fixed. That said, we will still happily return or exchange most items if you would prefer to do so.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

•Collectible games (opened or sealed). This includes, but is not necessarily limited to:

•Magic: the Gathering

•Pokemon TCG

•Heroclix

•D&D and Pathfinder Miniatures

•Food and drink

•Event registration fees

•Used secondhand items

•Clearance items

•Items that are discounted for damage at the point of purchase (“As Is”)

Everything else is eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase (60 days if the item was purchased between November 15th and December 24th).

To return or exchange an item:

•the item must be completely intact and in the original shrink wrap, if any (defective items are exempt from this).

•you must provide government-issued, photo ID and the original sales receipt.

•if the item was paid for with a credit/debit card, and you desire a refund, that card must be presented.

Refunds will be provided in the method originally used to pay for the item (credit card, gift card, cash, etc.) In the event that original credit/debit card cannot be provided, the refund will be provided in the form of a Games and Stuff gift card. Note that, for cash refunds of $50 or more, we reserve the right to issue the refund in the form of a company check.

Games and Stuff reserves the right to change this policy at any time and without notice.

Online Store Returns

Items purchased through our online store follow the same return policy with the following exceptions.

•Items shipped incorrectly or damaged are eligible for return and we will send you a label to return the item to us.

•If you have changed your mind or no longer want the item, you may still return it during the return period, however you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost to send back the item. When it arrives back and we can see the item is still intact and in good condition, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price (but not the original shipping costs or return shipping costs).
