1. Cancellation by Woho Technologies Private Limited

Woho Technologies Private Limited (Kicks Machine) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Orders may be cancelled in situations including, but not limited to:

Limitations on available quantities

Inaccuracies in product or pricing information

Issues identified by our credit or fraud detection team

2. Cancellation by Customer

No Cancellations Allowed: Order cancellations are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.

Products Covered: Sneakers, Streetwear, Bags, Glasses, Accessories, Watches, and all other products listed on the website.

Advance Amount (COD / Partial COD): The advance amount for COD and Partial COD orders is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Failed Deliveries (COD): Delivery will be attempted twice. Failure to collect will result in RTO (Return to Origin). A reshipment fee of ₹1000 will apply for re-delivery.

Special Requests: In rare exceptions where a prepaid order is cancelled at the customer’s request, 30% of the prepaid amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
