Return to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable (incorrect or incomplete address, a missed delivery, or the package going unclaimed), we will reach out to confirm your correct shipping details. Once confirmed, we will reship your order, but you are responsible for the cost of a new shipping label. We will send a payment link for the reshipment fee before the package goes back out. We do not issue refunds for return-to-sender packages; all eligible returns are issued as store credit only, per our Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vora Athletics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed off to the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, or you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide your tracking number and order details to support your claim, but resolving lost or stolen shipments is between you and the carrier.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the order has left our facility.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact our team at info@voraathletics.co with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued as store credit in your account.
