Ireland

Shipping throughout the island of Ireland is a flat fee of €5.50 and free for orders over €75. Orders ship with DPD couriers via a next working day service. Note that this is not a guaranteed service, but 95% of deliveries are received within this time frame. The cut off point for next working day delivery is 1pm daily. Deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays.

UK Mainland

Airsoft Guns/Accessories: We only use UPS to ship airsoft guns to the UK. Orders that contain only accessories will be shipped with DPD. NOTE: You MUST have a UKARA number for us to ship an airsoft gun to England, Scotland or Wales. This is not an Irish requirement, but a UK/UPS customs requirement. Orders placed without a UKARA number for orders that contain airsoft guns will be cancelled and refunded if a number is not provided. Shipping costs are typically €35 and above and VAT and duty costs are once again NOT charged to the customer, they are charged to AirsoftEire.

Europe

Shipping to Europe is a variable charge depending on the weight and size of the parcel. Orders ship with DPD Road Classic service which is 3-5 working days for most European destinations, including France, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Italy.

USA

Shipping to the USA is a variable charge depending on the weight and size of the parcel and the State to which is it is being delivered. Orders ship with UPS Express Saver which is typically a 3-5 working day service. Smaller parcels may be shipped via Registered Mail or DPD.

Shipping Terms:

All shipping carriers like DPD and UPS ship with a "safe place" policy. If the customer is not present to receive a parcel, it will be left in a suitable safe place. If your parcel is marked as delivered, but you have not received your parcel or are unable to locate it, you must contact us within 24 hours to report the delivery error. AirsoftEire does not accept responsibility for any unrecoverable parcels outside of this reasonable time frame.

Damages to parcels also need to be reported to AirsoftEire inside 48 hours of the marked delivery time. AirsoftEire does not accept responsibility for damages to parcels or products outside of this reasonable time frame.

Payments:

Payment options include debit cards, credit cards, Google Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay and American Express. Prices on our website are displayed in euro for all territories. You may be presented the option to display and pay in your local currency; this option depends on your location and is not a guaranteed service.

Regardless of the currency you are shown on our website, our store in Dundalk ONLY accepts Euro payments and we only offer euro pricing. Please bear this in mind if you are travelling from the UK to our store.

Our online return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as MREs cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require the customer to contact us first, with receipt or proof of purchase. You can do so by phone (042 9351155) or by email (sales@airsofteire.com), or by using the cancel order (right to withdraw) function at the bottom of our homepage. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), including, items with obvious signs of use: - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. - Clothing or other materials that have been stored in locations with strong smells, i.e. from pets, tobacco smoke etc. - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. WARRANTY POLICY Due to the nature of use of airsoft guns and equipment, we only accept returns on faulty products for a period of 90 days after purchase. In the unlikely event that you have to return a faulty item, AirsoftEire.com will either repair or replace it at our own discretion. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Return postage is non-refundable. A shorter 28 day warranty applies to spring pistols valued at €25 or less. AirsoftEire.com will only accept warranty returns on items that have not been modified in any way. You automatically void your warranty by dismantling your product for any reason other than basic maintenance. If you have a problem with your airsoft product, do not attempt to disassemble it, return it to us and we will determine the action to be taken. We have means of testing if a product has been dismantled by the customer and these returned items will not be honoured under our warranty. Note that pistol magazine gas leaks, or stripped pistons in AEGs are not warrantable items. Any damage to delivered items should be notified within 1 day of receiving your order. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@airsofteire.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
