1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible. If an item is expected to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we will offer an in-store credit or discuss available alternatives with you.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided once your order has been placed. These estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed, and are intended as a guide only.

We make every effort to fulfill orders within 21 business days, unless otherwise specified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Please note:

•We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

•Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, destination, weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.

•Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee them.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or remote-area deliveries. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination.

4. International Orders

International orders are shipped via UPS whenever possible to provide reliable service and competitive rates.

Duties, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an international shipment is refused, declined, or abandoned due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or for any other reason, the order is not eligible for a full refund. Any refund issued will be less the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and any carrier charges incurred. If the package is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package or product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@koharaco.com . Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of both the product and the packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•New, unused, and uninstalled

•In their original packaging with all tags attached

•Accompanied by all original paperwork and accessories

•Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, an in-store credit may be offered.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 40% restocking fee applies to approved returns that are not the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, repackaging, freight, customs, and administrative costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@koharaco.com .

•A description of the issue

•Clear photos of the product

•Photos of the packaging

Do not return the item until you have received return instructions from our team.

If approved, replacement or exchange instructions will be provided. A restocking fee does not apply to approved defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.

If the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we will arrange an exchange where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post your refund.

Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, an in-store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

•Custom or special-order products

•Clearance or final sale items

•Display models (sold as-is)

•Installed or used products

•Items returned without original packaging

•Items returned without prior authorization

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Kohara + Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

•Weather events

•Carrier delays

•Customs inspections or clearance

•Supply chain disruptions

•Labour disputes or transportation interruptions

Refunds or cancellations will not be issued due to shipping delays outside of our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
