Most In Store items ship within 1 business day via ground shipping. Special Order item lead time will vary, but most items that are in stock at the manufacturer will ship within 2-3 business days via ground shipping. The lead time for made-to-order items may vary based on component availability. We will provide an estimated delivery date for your Special Order and made-to-order items once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping Options

At this time we are only offering Standard Ground shipping to the contiguous US. Orders under $100 will incur a $15 non-refundable shipping charge. This charge is paid to the carrier for their service.

We partner with only the most trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and instructions on how you can control the delivery of your package(s).

Orders over $1,000.00 will require adult signature upon delivery.

REPORTING PACKAGE DAMAGE

Dulles Electric Supply guarantees damage-free delivery of your order. If your package is damaged or if you find damaged contents upon opening your order, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Please send images of the damage to info@dulleselectric.com and one of our customer care associates will contact you to let you know how to proceed.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Scheduling Freight Deliveries. If your order is shipping via freight carrier, then the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. Please double-check your shipping contact information to ensure that the email address and phone number are accurate. If the freight company is unable to reach you or you are unavailable to receive delivery, you may incur additional storage charges.Receiving Freight Deliveries. An adult 18 years of age or older must be available to accept all freight deliveries. You must inspect the entire order before signing for the delivery. The delivery driver should wait for you to confirm the condition of the product before leaving the delivery location. Note that a damaged box does not always indicate damage to the product inside, and an undamaged box does not always guarantee that the product inside is undamaged. Once you have signed for your order, no party is able to file a claim with the carrier.If you discover any damage to your product upon delivery and inspection, you should refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” on the bill of lading and provide this along with the product to the driver. Please contact us as well to notify us. Proper documentation is required to receive compensation for damages or replacement product for orders delivered via freight carrier.

As Lighting Experts, we understand that sometimes you may not know if the light is going to work in your space until you open the box and see it in person. We are committed to maximum customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return the item for a refund or to exchange it for something else. We want you to be happy with your purchase and keep coming back to Dulles Electric Supply. We stock most fixtures in our warehouse, however, for items that we do not stock, restocking fees will be applied.

•Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt to be valid.

•If returned to the incorrect location or returned in a damaged orunsellable condition, fixture may still be subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your refund or no refund able to be issued.

•On all orders returned within 30 days of delivery, NO restocking fees will be applied.

•No orders will be returned after 30 days of delivery.

•Before ordering large quantities of the same product, we encourage you to ask for detailed information and if needed, samples to help ensure your order is correct.

•Shipping will not be refunded. This fee is paid to the shipping carrier for their service, which cannot be undone.

Damaged Items Policy

•Please inspect your product immediately after receiving it.

•If you received a product that appears to be damaged, please contact us prior to requesting return. In most cases we can provide replacement glass or parts so that you may proceed with your installation schedule.

•If the item is damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and contact us.

Final Sale Return Policy

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Final Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing, or preference.

This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases of Final Sale merchandise.

•Any custom-made or custom-built fixture

•Clearance items, custom quotes, special discounts, and orders of tenor more units

•Any item that is not in resalable condition

•Any item that is not in its original box with the original packagingmaterials and assembly instructions

•Any item that was installed.

•Light bulbs, glass, parts and shades

•Any item without the correct RMA number written on a separate sheet taped to the box.

•For oversized or freight items, you are responsible for all shippingcharges back to our warehouse. You are also responsible for providingproof of return tracking of the package.
