Everything ships out of our shop in Truckee, CA. Most parts are made and kitted stateside, and we get orders out the door fast. Here's what to expect.

Where We ShipWe ship across the United States and direct to most countries worldwide. If you're in Australia or the UK, our dealers often have stock on the shelf and can get it to you quicker: Enduro Parts Australia and Rutherford Racing.

Handling TimeWe ship Monday through Saturday from Truckee, CA. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT typically ship the same day. Orders after that, or on a Sunday, go out the next shipping day. A few items are made to order, so if there's a longer lead time it'll be noted on the product page.

Shipping CostUS shipping is free on orders over $250. Under $250, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, so you see the exact cost before you pay. International rates are also calculated at checkout.

Carriers and Transit TimeAt checkout you'll see live shipping rates and can choose the carrier and service speed that works for you. We ship via USPS and UPS. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they ship. International transit times vary by destination and customs.

International Duties and TaxesAny duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout. Please check your local import rules before ordering.

Tracking Your OrderYou'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it's been more than a couple of business days since you ordered and you haven't seen a tracking email, check your spam folder and then reach out, we'll track it down.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing PackagesIf your tracking says delivered but the package isn't there, or it's stuck in transit, email us at support@crosslinkedcomponents.com . We'll work with the carrier to locate it or make it right. We want you riding, not chasing packages.

We build this stuff to take a beating, and we stand behind it. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how returns, cancellations, and refunds work.

Order CancellationsNeed to cancel? Email us at support@crosslinkedcomponents.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped we can't cancel it, but you can send it back under the 30-day return policy below. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT usually ship the same day, Monday through Saturday, so reach out quickly if you need to stop one.

30-Day Returns (change of mind or fitment)You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

•Email support@crosslinkedcomponents.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

•We'll reply with return instructions and the address.

•Ship the item back. For change-of-mind and fitment returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

•Once we receive and inspect it (within 2 business days), we'll approve the refund and issue it to your original payment method.

There's no restocking fee on returns sent back in original condition. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong ItemInspect your order as soon as it shows up. If anything is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong part, email support@crosslinkedcomponents.com right away and include photos if you can. This one's on us:

•We send you a prepaid return label, so you pay nothing to ship it back.

•We replace the item or issue a full refund, including any original shipping you paid.

•Refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval.

Defects that show up later, under normal riding, are covered by our Warranty and 100 Hour Guarantee. See the Warranty page for that.

ExchangesWant a different fitment? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you need. No restocking fee on exchanges.

RefundsOnce we approve your refund, we issue it to your original payment method within 2 business days. From there it usually takes your bank or card company another 5 to 10 business days to post it. We'll email you when it goes out.

Non-Returnable ItemsA few things we can't take back: gift cards, sale or clearance items, and custom or made-to-order parts. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask before you buy.
