Website orders ship to the Contiguous United States. For orders outside of this geography, please contact our Sales team at customerservice@step2commercial.com .

Lead times are based on stock, order quantities and shipping location. If you have any specific questions, contact our customer care team at customerservice@step2commercial.com .

•Tracking numbers will be provided via email when the shipping process begins.

•"Shipped" is defined as carrier pick-up. Transit times are not part of the delivery promise date.

•Customers are subject to appointment requirements from the carrier. Customer is responsible for scheduling appointments. Step2 Commercial is not responsible for carrier appointment commitments.

•Customers can request no signature for delivery, but must inform the carrier for approval.

•Cancellation requests for shipped orders are subject to original and return shipping costs.

•Customer should receive packing slip and BOL, as these are considered proof of delivery.

Only products purchased through Step2Commercial.com can be returned to us, this does not include replacement parts. Step2Commercial.com does not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.

Obtain Return Authorization - All returns require prior authorization from Step2Commercial.com. To obtain authorization within 10 days of receipt, please email customerservice@step2commercial.com .

Please note: without prior authorization from Step2Commercial.com, we will deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund along with a 20% restocking fee.

FedEx Shipments - Your item must be received by us within 10 days of issuance of Return Authorization for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges. The return shipping arrangements and expenses will be your responsibility. Returned items must be in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging.

Truck Shipments - You may return an item shipped via truck (common carrier) within 10 days of issuance of Return Authorization for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping arrangements and expenses will also be your responsibility along with any additional fees the freight company may charge (i.e. holding storage fees).

Please do not refuse delivery. If your truck shipment arrives damaged or something is missing, please note this on the driver's copy of the delivery receipt and contact us immediately ( customerservice@step2commercial.com ) for further instructions. Truck shipments returned to Step2 Commercial due to incorrect shipping address or unscheduled delivery appointments will be subject to charges for original and return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
