All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Fee! (Unless Defective)

•Name of Product Your Returning

•Return/Exchange Authorization Number

•In-Store Purchases Must Be Returned/Exchanged In-Store!

•Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer (Shipping Cost and Insurance)
