Delivery Details

We ship orders to the following U.S. destinations: Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military addresses (APO and FPO).

To assure quick, reliable delivery, we ship all orders to non-P.O. box addresses within the continental U.S. via FedEx Ground. Some orders may be delivered by FedEx to your local post office for final delivery to your door. These orders can still be tracked through FedEx.

Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses within the continental U.S., as well as orders outside of the continental U.S., are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This includes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and military addresses (APO and FPO).

Orders to the same address may be combined regardless of separate order transactions. No refunds of shipping and handling fees will be made due to any such combination.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to the address. What if my order arrived damaged?Call Customer Care with all of your order information. Note you will need to keep the items until Tupperware determines if the items need to be returned.

Thank you for shopping with Tupperware. We want you to be happy with every product you purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return items purchased from Tupperware.com within 30 days of delivery. All returned items are refunded to the original method of payment and at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, and less any shipping fees.

1. Pack

Please safely pack your items in the original packaging or box with adequate protection.

2. Slip

Include a packing slip with your return. It should have the following information:

•Your Address

•Your Order Number

•Return Number

3. Ship

On the shipping label on top of the package, please write:

You may drop off your package at your local post office or schedule a pickup from your carrier of choice. Please note shipping fees are at your expense.
