International Reach: We currently sell and ship our products within the United States only. Worldwide shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charge and Time

Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time

Handling Time: 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days, Monday to Friday).Once your order is placed, it must be validated by our order management team. This process takes less than 48 hours. After validation and shipment preparation, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Transit Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

14-Day Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issue with your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

No Physical Returns

At this time, we do not accept physical returns. Our logistics and warehouses are located in Europe only, and we do not have a return facility in the United States.

Refunds Without Return (If Applicable)

If your item is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning, you may be eligible for a refund without returning the product.

To process your request, we require clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Please contact us by email at atom@science-decor.com with:

•A description of the issue

•Photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing time may take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your bank account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or non-functional.

If an exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid international return label and ship a replacement item once the process is completed.
