United States Shipping Update (No De Minimis)

Due to regulatory changes, the U.S. de minimis exemption is no longer applicable for shipments originating from India.

•Orders shipped from India to the United States will attract import duties and taxes

•Orders shipped from within the United States will not incur import duties

•All applicable duties are payable by the customer at delivery

Shipping Updates 01 Dec 2025: Christmas Delivery

To ensure timely delivery of your orders before Christmas, please note the following shipping guidelines:

Our products made and ship from India.

Orders Placed Before 15th December:

- We guarantee delivery of orders placed before 15th December, provided that all items are in stock and there are no unforeseen shipping delays.- Our team will work diligently to ensure that your orders are processed and dispatched promptly to meet the Christmas delivery deadline.

Orders Placed After 15th December:

- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders placed after 15th December before Christmas.- While we will make every effort to process and dispatch these orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary, and delivery before Christmas cannot be assured.

- Our Christmas shipping guarantee is subject to our standard terms and conditions.- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

You can expect to receive your order within 4-9 business days + 1-2 working days for order processing from the ordering date.

THE UNITED STATES & CANADA

•US & Canadian customers should expect to receive their ordered bags within 4-7 business days.

AUSTRALIA

•Australian customers should expect to receive the ordered bags within 4-7 business days.

•For remote areas in Australia, there will be extra delivery charges applicable which will be informed to you by email after placing the order. We will be shipping the order by FedEx or DHL Express after confirmation and collection of remote area charges.

•The Australia remote area orders can also be shipped by Indian Post. The extra remote area charges will not be applicable in this case but the shipment will reach within 9-13 business days.

UK & EUROPE

•The UK and European customers should expect to receive their ordered handmade leather bags within 5 business days. Customers in this region may be charged a VAT/duties and taxes while importing goods to your county and it will be around 10-15% of the value of your goods.

REST OF WORLD

•Classy Leather Bags ships globally and even remote parts of the world are reachable within 10-12 business days.

* If you have paid express shipping charges and your address falls in any remote area then that amount will be adjusted for the remote area delivery charges. In this case, delivery will be made with standard shipping in 6-8 days. *Please note that the timeframes posted above are indicative only, remote parts of Europe and North America may be subject to delays.LATE DELIVERY In any event of a late delivery, Classy Leather Bags will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays.

IMPORT DUTY & SALES TAX

•The U.S. has suspended the $800 de minimis duty exemption. As a result, imported goods of any value may now be subject to duties, taxes, and full customs procedures.

•For Australian customers, goods under AUD1,000 are exempt from duties, taxes, and charges.

•For Non-EU customers, shipments may be subjected to import fees and taxes due on arrival. This can vary from country to country so please contact your local tax authorities for more information.

•For EU customers, Please be aware bulk orders may incur additional import tax, so please contact your local customs office.

•We do not accept/offer returns and refund requests due to these fees and buyers are only responsible for these.

•We don't how much charges will be while importing goods to UK, Germany, Canada, and that the reason we do not show the estimated amount or percentage at checkout and we do not notify the buyer and buyers are only responsible for these.

We recognize that there are times that you may need to return an item for a specific reason due to size, color or preference. Our return policy on bags and leather goods allows you to return new and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made orders in any case. Custom-made bags are made as per customers' instructions only but if the customer is not happy with the end results then in such case we do not accept any return or exchange request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

•The buyer is responsible for returning the package at their own cost and unless and until the product is received wrong or damaged (have to share the pictures & Unboxing Video of the product received damaged),

•Shipping is non-refundable.

•Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for Leather chairs, stools, and Jackets.

We sell handcrafted leather goods and 5-10% variation of leather color, fitting issues, different buckles than advertised on the listing, the difference in thread color, and some leather uneven cuts can be there in our products. We always try to reduce that %, but due to human imperfections that might occur. We do not count those issues as manufacturing defects and we do not offer free returns for such issues.

Refunds (if applicable)

•Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

•Refund in case of non-delivery of goods, such time our delivery partners ask, call you for your identification and you have to cooperate with them, if this reason product returned to us, you will not get the full refund and shipping charges will be deducted from your amount. We request you please coordinate with our shipping partner for a smooth delivery process.

Refunds due to Late Delivery

•Delivered late due to covid-19 or any other service issue with FedEx & DHL, then you are not eligible for a refund because shipping is somewhat of which is not in our control sometimes.

•Delivered late due to any other shipping issue after providing a valid tracking number also does not count in the full refund.

•Any other thing just because of late deliveries we don't refund to our customer.

Refunds/Return due to Engraving

•Customers place orders with personalization on bags, which are not returnable and refundable because after the name is engraved on the bags, they are no longer useable and sellable.

•Sometimes, customers place two orders with different personalizations and want to keep one bag and return one bag, which is also not acceptable with any conditions; refer to the above point.

•Engraved goods are not eligible for refunds, return, and replacement with any conditions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

•If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

•Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

•Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for orders will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order gets shipped, whichever is earlier. Any cancellation request after this period is not guaranteed.

Returns/Refunds due to Duty/Tax/Import Fees

Every government has its own rules and the government charges these taxes during the export or import of goods and services to raise money and/or to shield the domestic establishments from competitors from other countries. And due to tax/duty/import fees if any customer of Germany, UK, and Canada return goods/don't accept the delivery then we can't refund your money. You are only responsible for these charges.
