Return Policy for Furniture
Furniture may be returned within 30 days of receipt; all returned items must be in new unused condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special order items and delivery/shipping costs are non-refundable.Two options are available when returning items:
Customer may return or ship items to a JDM location using their preferred carrier. Once the return has been received by JDM, a refund for the product less the restocking fee will be credited to the original payment method.
Customer may request for JDM to arrange pick up or shipping for the return. Once the return has been received by JDM, a refund for the product less the restocking fee + cost of return delivery/shipping will be credited to original payment method.
