Returns from BirchBarn Designs
We will gladly accept returns on non-customized orders within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email orders@birchbarndesigns.com to coordinate the return. Please note, you must be able to show proof of purchase to receive a refund. Customers without proof of purchase will be given store credit.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s), including insurance if shipped, to BirchBarn Designs (13 Ford Place, Unit #5, Scituate, MA 02066). Refunds will not include original shipping charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may charge a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been used or is damaged.
Due the nature of customized orders, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
