1. Shipping LocationsWe currently ship within the United States to all states and territories. We do not ship to international locations at this time.

2. Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed on holidays. High volume periods may cause order processing delays, however we will always work to limit these times. Additionally, we will always keep you notified of any delays with your orders. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday after your order has been processed. You will receive notification and tracking information when your order ships.

3. Shipping MethodsWe offer several shipping options to meet your needs:Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and season.

4. Shipping CostsShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the total weight of your order.

5. Tracking Your OrderOnce your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

6. Delivery IssuesIf your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team at gear@tulkengear.com . We will work with the carrier to locate your ordern and notify you of your order’s shipping status.

7. Damaged or Lost ItemsIf your item arrives damaged please contact us at gear@tulkengear.com within 3 to 5 days of delivery. We will work with diligently to resolve the matter and replace the product. If your item is lost, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of the notified delivery date. We will initiate an investigation and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

8. Address AccuracyPlease ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Changes to Shipping PolicyWe reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.

At Tulken Gear we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. And that your order looks and feels amazing while empowering its wearer. We understand that there are times when a purchase just isn’t right and you need to exchange or return an item. When this happens, please follow our guidelines below:

Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns:

You must notify us at gear@tulkengear.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. And items must be returned within 5 days of our response to your notification. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

1. Contact us at gear@tulkengear.com within 30 days of the original purchase date to initiate the exchange process. 2. In your initial contact please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, the reason for the exchange or return, and if an exchange please list the replacement item.3. You will receive further instructions for returning the item. Please return the item within 5 days of received the return instructions. Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the reason for the return. In the event of a processing or shipping error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product) there will be no return shipping costs.

For Exchanges: Once the item to exchange is received, we will exchange the item based on its availability. If the new item is a different price, you may need to pay the difference or receive a store credit in the amount of the price paid for the item to be exchanged.

For Returns: Once the item to refund is received, we will inspect the item to verify the condition, then we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow the appropriate number of days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
