Refund policy Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase of any full price purchase for STORE CREDIT only.  Any worn, washed or used merchandise is not eligible for return.  Any promotional or clearance pricing merchandise is FINAL SALE. When a return inquiry is received, you will receive a pre-paid label via e-mail for any orders containing clothing, accessory or shoe items only.  A $6.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.  Any large toys, baby gear, etc, may be mailed back to us, upon approval, at the customers expense for store credit only. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Please allow up to 48 hours upon arrival for your return to be processed.  Returns received throughout weekends or holidays may require additional processing times.
