We ship FACE by Dr. Craft orders within the United States. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our Phoenix, Arizona facility, typically within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via trusted carriers. Available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout. Standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any current promotions or free-shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We aren't able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Risk of loss passes to you once we hand your package to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you can't locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we'll make it right.

Prescription Products

Prescription items, such as RadianceBoost Rx Pads, ship only after you complete the required telehealth consultation and a prescription is issued. Because these are compounded fresh, they may ship separately from the rest of your order.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if it's opened and used. You can't tell if skincare works for your skin without trying it, so we don't ask you to.

•The product must be returned to us (we'll tell you how when you start a claim).

How to claim: Email info@facecraftmd.com or call 602-899-6444 within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return, and we'll email you when it's processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

LumiLip Plumping Treatment SPF 30 (direct lip contact).

FinishShield Powder SPF 30 (direct-to-skin applicator).

Also non-returnable: products purchased through a third-party retailer, items marked final sale at purchase, and gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping. (This is separate from the guarantee and does not count against your one claim.)

Exchanges

Want a different product instead of a refund? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Any price difference is charged or refunded accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Subscription Orders

Subscription changes and cancellations are governed by our Terms of Service . To cancel or change an upcoming shipment, make the request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled ship date.
