Shipping Methods

Orders are processed and shipped from our California warehouse via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on total order weight and destination.

Large orders may ship in multiple packages. Boxing rings and certain oversized equipment require special shipping arrangements, and our team will contact you if any additional details are needed before shipment.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Processing Times

Orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Custom and made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipping.

If you need an item urgently, please order by phone and let our representative know. We’ll confirm the production time and fastest available shipping options.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed before the order ships.

International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be due before or at the time of delivery.

An item may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery if it’s in new, resalable condition.

Please email Customer Service for return authorization. We may provide a return shipping label, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund. Please note: Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Heavy Bags and Oversized Items

Heavy bags and oversized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee due to the special handling required for their size and weight. Custom color combination bags customized to the customer’s specific selections cannot be returned or exchanged.

Policy Details

•Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new, resalable condition with the original tags and packaging.

•Original shipping charges, return shipping, replacement shipping, import duties, customs fees, and VAT are non-refundable.

•In-store purchases may be returned within 15 days with the receipt for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not issued for in-store purchases.

•Mouthguards, gum shields, groin protectors, cups, hand wraps, compression wear, base layers, custom items, personalized items, gift cards, clearance items, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

•Items showing wear, odor, stains, washing, damage, alteration, missing tags, or missing packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

•Wrong, defective, or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email Customer Service with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help make it right and may cover the return shipping cost.

•We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Fighters Shop is not responsible for return packages lost, missing, or damaged in transit.

•Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Fighters Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs when an order is returned because it was refused, undeliverable, or addressed incorrectly.

•This policy does not cover normal wear and tear.
