Before You Place Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Please make sure your email address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing or email addresses. Orders are always shipped to the physical address you provide, and all notifications are sent to the email address you provide.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Free shipping may be sent via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or UPS Ground Saver. The carrier and service are chosen based on the weight and size of your package.

Please note: choosing a faster shipping method does not speed up order processing in our warehouse - it only reduces transit time once shipped. If you’d like your order to be prioritized and shipped ahead of others in the queue, we offer a rush shipping option .

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Be sure to verify that the shipping address you entered is correct - we ship only to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect, please call us right away at 260-200-1081 so we can assist you.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.

PO Boxes and Express Shipping

UPS Express (2-Day and Overnight) does not deliver on weekends.

Selecting an express shipping option affects transit time only - it does not speed up order processing. If you’d like your order prioritized in our warehouse, please select Rush Shipping during checkout.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Rush Shipping

Our processing time is posted at the top of every page on our site. To decrease processing time and put your order at the top of our shipping list, we offer Rush Shipping . To add rush shipping to your order, add the option to your cart.

Lost Packages

We will replace the package immediately if shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

If shipping insurance was not purchased with your order, we cannot replace it. These are steps that should be followed to locate your package:

•Check with your neighbors. The mail carrier likely delivered your package to the wrong address.

•Talk to the supervisor at your local post office if USPS was your chosen shipping method. They can communicate with your mail carrier and look on the vehicles for any missed deliveries.

•If you live in an apartment complex, check with the rental office. Sometimes deliveries will be made there.

•If these steps don't result in finding your missing package, call USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 or UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS.

•Follow the prompts until you get to the prompt asking for your tracking number. Press 1 to track a package or say "Tracking." Say “Representative,” and you will be transferred to a representative.

•If you feel your package has been stolen, you may file a police report on the missing package.

International Shipping

International orders may incur customs duties and fees. These fees are set by the carrier. Nurture Handmade does not profit from these fees and cannot control the process. Nurture Handmade is not responsible for customs taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the carrier.

UPS Saver and DHL Express Worldwide are the fastest shipping options. They are also trackable throughout the entire shipment process. These types of packages very rarely get lost. They are insurable. This means if you buy insurance and a package gets lost or damaged, we can quickly replace it.

First Class Mail is very slow and not trackable or insured. Use this service at your own risk.

Because of the additional time it will take for the package to arrive in your country, we no longer accept rush orders on international packages.

Nurture Handmade is not responsible for carrier-imposed shipping restrictions.

•Estimated transit time does not begin until after the order is processed and shipped.

•Transit times stated at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

If a package is damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to support@n urturehandmade .com immediately upon the arrival of the package so we may assist you ASAP.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to sanitary concerns, fragrance oils sales are final. We offer each fragrance in 1 oz sizes. Please order smaller sizes to determine if the fragrance is suitable to your project (and your nose) before buying in larger sizes! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Insurance and Protection

We use Shipsurance to insure shipments. When a shipment is lost or damaged, we are here to make the process as simple as possible. Contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Provide the following supporting information:

•If the claim is for damage please describe the damage.

•If the claim is for damage, photos and inspection will be required. Retain all packaging material and damaged goods in its original form as received .

Please Note: There is a 10% restocking fee for returns of non-defective items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that there is a 30-day return window. Inspect packages immediately and let us know of any issues within the 30-day window.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and fragrance oils.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may make a separate purchase for the exchanged item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
