Shipping & Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and dispatching.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers such as Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and must be paid by the recipient.

FreshFabFun is not responsible for any additional customs fees or delays due to customs processing.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. FreshFabFun is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at dbrez@shaw.ca with photos of the damage for further assistance.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items on pre-order or backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at checkout or via email updates.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at dbrez@shaw.ca . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2439 24A Street Southwest, Calgary Alberta T3E 1V9, CanadaIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at dbrez@shaw.ca .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dbrez@shaw.ca
