ROCKVILLE’s Friendly Return Policy

•You may return any item purchased from the Rockville website for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. You must return the item in its original box with all the accessories that came with the product.

•Ground shipping is free, however if you paid for overnight or 2nd day shipping, then that expedited shipping is not refundable.

•For items shipped to Canada, Mexico, PR, VI, or anywhere else international buyer is responsible for return shipping.

•In addition to the 30 day money back guarantee return policy, there is also a warranty period for each item where we will repair the item at no charge. For warranty past 30 days the customer is responsible to get the item back to us.

Note: Items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty.You must notify us within 48 hours if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping.

Process for Returning Items

Please email us or call us at 646-758-0144 and let us know what item you are returning, and the reason for the return, condition of the product, and if you want a refund or replacement. We will supply you with a reference number (RMA #) to put on the package which will ensure quick processing of your return. All returns require a RMA#.

Please Note

Items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty. This includes blown speakers with burned voice coils. Registered software cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

When you return an item for a refund it takes 3 business days from the day we receive your returned product in our warehouse until we process the refund. All refunds will be returned back to your original form of payment.

Order Cancellations

Once orders are placed, they get sent to our warehouse for picking and packing right away. If you need to cancel an order, E-mail us or call us right away and we will do our best. If an order is not able to be cancelled in time, just contact us and request to return the item.
