All shipping of Live spiders will be sent using FedEx overnight services. The cost for this service is $50 and includes a LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee)

LAG is void if not received on the first delivery attempt and animals must be checked immediately, and we need notified immediately of any issues or concerns in order to be eligible for LAG. If you have a concern, even a small one, it is best to message us right away.

Unfortunately due to several instances of people wanting to place orders that they then decide they just want canceled (which is not only a waste of our time but also costs us money) we have found it necessary to add a more ridged policy regarding cancelations and returns. Obviously if there is an issue that is the fault of Shane's Spiders, LLC we will make sure to fix them as best we can, as we always have.

All Sales are final. Any orders canceled before shipping will be subject to a cancelation fee of 15% of the order total. Returns will be allowed only at the discretion of Shane's Spiders, LLC and will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee, only after receiving the UNUSED items in the same condition we sent them out. Returns must be initiated within 30 Days. Shipping must be done at the expense of the party wishing to return the items.
