We offer a 60-day returns window, giving you extra time and flexibility to decide at home.

You can use our returns portal to process:

•New and unused unwanted items

•Products damaged on arrival

•Products that develop a fault within 30 days of receipt

We make returns easy with multiple options: DPD Drop Shop, Royal Mail, InPost locker, or home collection. Return charges start from £3.50 —see below for details.

If you’re returning multiple boxes (for example, a pushchair and a car seat), please create a separate return for each parcel, as each return generates one label.

For larger multi-box returns, our Customer Care team can arrange a collection for you — this can often be more cost-effective and a little easier to manage.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived back with us and been checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. This includes sale items and pro-rata bundle amounts.

Condition of Returns

We completely understand that you’ll need to open and inspect your items at home.

To receive a full refund, products should be returned in their original packaging and in a new, resalable condition — just as you would hope to receive them.

If an item is returned showing signs of use, damage, missing parts or packaging, or requires significant re-packing, it can no longer be sold as new and will need to be listed within our Outlet collection. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the difference in retail value from your refund.

Eco-Outlet Returns

Our outlet items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. As these products may show minor cosmetic imperfections or opened packaging, we kindly ask that items are returned in the same condition they were received, with all parts and packaging included where possible. Returns are subject to inspection once received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened items can’t be returned. Please see our Non-Returnable Products section below for full details.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing parts or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible - ideally within 7 days - and keep all original packaging. This helps us resolve things quickly, particularly where courier claims may be required. Our Customer Care team will always guide you through the best solution.
