If you would like to return or exchange one of our pieces, please email us at info@marlaaaron.com. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt for all jewelry in original condition. All custom pieces are final sale. Your account will be credited in full less original shipping charges and applicable credit card fees. If we feel, for any reason that the request is not reasonable--if the item is damaged or has been used improperly--we will not accept the return.

A special note about returns from Marla: We are a small company. There is a growing trend where consumers shopping at massive online retailers buy many items and then decide which to keep and "return the rest". I get it. That's appealing. I am a small business and we deal in precious metals. But any time someone does this it puts a tiny little strain on my business because we are very careful with our production quantities. Inventory can kill a fine jewelry company and we want to be around for a very long time. All of this said, while I honor our return policy, I ask you to simply think about it. Because if everyone did this I would not have a business. That is all. Thank you.
