Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 72 hours (though most process much faster). Standard shipping typically takes between 2-6 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Returns from Black Willow Boutique, LLC
We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Returns made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
Returns made between days 8–14 are eligible for store credit only .
Buy-online-pick-up-in-store items are eligible for refund to original form of payment within 7 days of purchase date. These items are eligible for store credit within fourteen (14) days of the purchase (not the pickup) date.
Shipped Items
For a return to original form of payment, items must be received at the address below within 7 days of delivery. Items received between days 8-14 will receive store credit. Items received day 15 and beyond will either be forfeited or shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
All Purchases
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, free of damage, with tags intact to receive a refund or store credit. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or credit.
