Please reference our Terms of Service. In general, we do not accept returns for wholesale orders. In certain cases, our team may facilitate a return in which restocking fees and shipping costs may apply. Please email Concierge@wgood.co if you have any questions regarding returns prior to placing an order. We will accept returns for damaged or defective products and provide replacements whenever possible. If shipping on a third party account, please ensure you have sufficient insurance with your respective carrier. W/Good Co. is not liable for any damages during transit on a third party carrier.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
