İşlem ve Teslimat Süreleri

Siparişlerinizi mümkün olan en kısa sürede işleme alıp kargoya veriyoruz. Teslimat süreleri ürünün kaynağına göre değişiklik gösterebilir:

İngiltere kaynaklı ürünler:Siparişler genellikle 1–2 iş günü içinde işleme alınır ve 3–4 iş günü içinde teslim edilir.

İngiltere dışından temin edilen ürünler (kitaplar dahil):Standart işlem süresi 2–3 iş günü, tahmini teslimat süresi 10–15 iş günüdür. Ekspres işlem süresi 1–2 iş günü, tahmini teslimat süresi 5–7 iş günüdür.

Yoğun sezonlarda ve resmi tatillerde teslimat sürelerinin etkilenebileceğini lütfen göz önünde bulundurunuz.

Gümrük ve İthalat Vergileri

Uluslararası siparişlerde (İngiltere dışı) ek ücretler ödeme sırasında otomatik olarak hesaplanır ve sipariş toplamınıza eklenir:

• İthalat KDV/BTW – Hedef ülkenin uyguladığı katma değer vergisi• Gümrük vergileri – Ürün değeri ve türüne göre belirlenen devlet ücretleri• Taşıyıcı işlem ücretleri – Kargo firması (UPS, DHL vb.) tarafından alınan idari ücretler

Bu ücretler ödeme sırasında hesaplanarak toplam tutara eklenir. Satın alma işlemini tamamlamadan önce tüm vergi, gümrük ve ücretler dahil nihai tutarı görebilirsiniz.

Mezetto, uluslararası gönderilerde DDP (Teslim Edilmiş Gümrük Ödenmiş) koşullarını uygulamaktadır; bu sayede tüm ithalat maliyetleri önceden ödenir ve siparişinize dahil edilir. Teslimat sırasında ek ücret talep edilmez.

Tüm gönderiler uluslararası düzenlemelere uygun şekilde eksiksiz beyan edilmektedir. Ücret dökümüne ilişkin sorularınız için müşteri hizmetlerimizle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

Kargo Firması

Tüm siparişler, hızlı ve güvenli teslimat sağlamak amacıyla ilgili ülkelerde geniş dağıtım ağına sahip güvenilir kargo firmaları aracılığıyla gönderilmektedir.

Ürün kategorisi, temin kaynağı ve teslimat adresine göre ücretsiz kargo imkânı sunulmaktadır:

İngiltere Kitap Siparişleri:

•Kitaplar: £45 üzeri siparişlerde ücretsiz kargo

Avrupa Birliği Kitap Siparişleri:

•Kitaplar: 50 Euro üzeri siparişlerde ücretsiz kargo

ABD Kitap Siparişleri:

•Kitaplar: 100 USD üzeri siparişlerde ücretsiz kargo

İadeler ve İade Kargo Ücreti

Bir ürünü iade etmek istemeniz durumunda iade kargo ücreti müşteriye aittir.

Processing & Delivery Times

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the product source:

UK-sourced products:Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–4 business days.

Products sourced from outside the UK (including books):Standard processing time is 2–3 business days, and estimated delivery takes 10–15 business days. Express processing time is 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery takes 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak seasons and public holidays.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (outside the UK), additional charges are automatically calculated at checkout and included in your order total:

• Import VAT/BTW – Value-added tax charged by your destination country• Customs duties – Government charges based on product value and type• Carrier handling fees – Administrative fees charged by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL)

These charges are calculated and added to your payment total during checkout. You will see the complete amount, including all taxes, duties, and fees, before completing your purchase.

Mezetto uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms for international shipments, meaning all import costs are prepaid and included in your order. You will not be charged additional fees at delivery.

We declare all shipments accurately in compliance with international regulations. If you have questions about the breakdown of charges, please contact our customer service team.

All orders are shipped via reliable carriers with extensive distribution networks in the respective countries to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free shipping based on product category, sourcing location, and delivery destination:

UK Book Orders:

•Books: Free shipping on orders over £45

European Union Book Orders:

•Books: Free shipping on orders over 50 Euro

US Book Orders:

•Books: Free shipping on orders over 100 USD

Returns & Return Shipping

If you decide to return a product, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Para iade politikası

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at touch@mezetto.shop. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Wenlock Road 20, London, UK, N1 7GU] If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You can always contact us for any return question at touch@mezetto.shop.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at touch@mezetto.shop
