Curio manages its own fulfillment warehouse. We pride ourselves on efficiently processing and shipping orders. Generally orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day. Currently, we ship within the 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or to Armed Forces APO/FPO addresses at this time. Orders $50 and over qualify for free FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Economy shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska addresses). Additionally, all orders placed via subscription will qualify for free FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Economy shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska addresses) regardless of order subtotal. We hope you love your Curio products, but if something doesn’t work out we will gladly accept items in their original condition for exchange or return within thirty (30) days of your order’s arrival date. Exchanges and returns for online credit will receive free return shipping. For refunds to original payment, a flat rate fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund for return shipping.
