Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day that our stores are open.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier.

Delays related to weather, carrier volume, or holidays may impact delivery times and are outside the control of Delancey Sports.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship within Canada and the United States.

Oversized or heavy items may require additional handling time.

Certain oversized items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

After your package has been transferred to the carrier, Delancey Sports is not responsible for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments.

If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Delancey Sports is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by Delancey Sports.

Customers are responsible for purchasing their return shipping label and coordinating return logistics with their chosen carrier.

Return shipping charges are not included in any refunded amount.

All returns must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy and meet all eligibility requirements.

•International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. Refused packages will not be refunded.

Damaged Items During Shipment

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

For your convenience, Delancey Sports offers a 10-DAY RETURN PERIOD for most in-store and online purchases. An original receipt is required. Refunds will be issued to the original form(s) of payment.

We will only accept returns or exchanges on items that are in original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact.

For online purchases, return shipping charges are not included in the return amount. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and coordinating return shipping with a carrier. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. To initiate an online return, please email info@delanceysports.com with your order number. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide confirmation along with the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Our Return Policy does not apply to all items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on "THE OUTLET ZONE" clearance items, "THE SWAP" consignment items, "SALE" items, pre-order items, water toys or water sports items, gift cards, nutritional and food products, swimwear, underwear, undergarments, mouth guards, jock straps, masks, face coverings, or products that are worn or damaged. The aforementioned items are FINAL SALE.

A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only and is not considered an original receipt. The gift receipt will help us determine the price the gift giver paid. Returns using a gift receipt will be applied to a MERCHANDISE CREDIT.

Delancey Sports reserves the right to change this Returns and Refunds Policy without notice to its customers, and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of such changes.
