We will only accept returns from www.ayr.com ; please contact third party retailers directly to return items purchased through their channels.

Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt at warehouse. Due to COVID19 health protocol, you may anticipate a longer processing window of 14-21 days. This is due to reduced staffing to ensure the safety of workers and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
