Returns from Oak Essentials
We accept returns on any qualifying product within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. We are unable to refund any shipping and handling charges. Please note that we monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to those who abuse the policy. Any routines or sets purchased must be returned together—we do not accept partial returns of routines or sets. For purchases during gift-with-purchase promotion periods, all sales are final. Please note we are unable to apply a promotion retroactively.
