Every order ships from Dallas, Texas. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.

For customers that place orders before 12pm (noon) Mountain Time, we will do our best to get your package out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Mountain Time will ship out on the following business day.

If you place an order Friday afternoon it will ship out on Monday (even if you selected Overnight Shipping.

Carriers do not count weekends or the day your order departs towards transit time.

You will receive a tracking code from us when your Pit Vipers ship. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.

United States of Merika

Shipping in the US is FREE for all orders over $69.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. See sh*tty map our gRaPhIc DeSiGnEr made below for more accurate shipping times.

Priority upgrade shipping typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery.

Everywhere Else

Packages should arrive in about 14-25 business days depending on customs and destination country. Expedited shipping should take about 7-14 business days.

Orders are subject to additional duties/fees depending on your country. You will be charged duties/fees on our website during checkout.

Take that big ole order of yours to checkout, enter your shipping address, and our impressive algorithm will spit out your cost. Voila.

We offer returns up to 30 days after the delivery of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)

If an item is purchased on sale or with a discount, the refund will be for the amount that was paid.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer exchanges if you would like to exchange for a different size or style. Contact customer service to set up an exchange at info@pitviper.com

Shipping

To return your product, contact customer service at info@pitviper.com . For returns inside the United States, we will supply a prepaid return label. For orders outside the United States, you can mail your return to 159 West Haven Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84115. Make sure to include your contact info and order number in the package, so we can process your return easier.

For international orders, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@pitviper.com .
