At Belffin, our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below, we've outlined our Return & Refund Policy, and we've also addressed some common questions about the process.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It's essential to note that that for returns that are not related to product quality issues, you will be responsible for the return fee. For example, the reasons are "I don't like the color/size of the sofa", "I don't feel comfortable", "the color is different from the picture", etc.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
